Kaydee Richmond

Kaydee’s strength lies in her ability to methodically assess the risks and opportunities of a client’s situation, in order to identify and develop a range of communications and advocacy options to achieve desired outcomes.
Her ability to intuitively predict how decision-makers and stakeholders will react to various scenarios, and to revise messaging and strategies accordingly, comes from almost 20 years of campaigning in progressively senior managerial roles at the municipal, provincial and federal levels.
Kaydee served as Vice President and Policy Chair of the Ontario PC Party, as Director of Policy Consultation in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition at Queen’s Park, as Director of Research for a City of Toronto Mayoral campaign, and as Deputy Campaign Manager for a successful provincial Leadership Campaign.
She is relied upon not only for her moderate, considered and reasoned advice in the planning stages, but also for her ability to organize, operationalize and implement communications and campaign strategies for a variety of clients and organizations, and to quickly adapt implementation plans.
Kaydee studied Psychology at York University and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Windsor.
