Jessica Brandon-Jepp capitalizes on nearly a decade of experience building and implementing communications and government relations solutions to help McMillan Vantage clients solve pressing business challenges.
Prior to joining McMillan Vantage, Jessica managed government relations on behalf of some of Canada’s largest cooperative financial institutions, reducing their exposure to political, regulatory and reputational risk, as well as helping them be more competitive. In addition to her financial sector experience, Jessica played a key role at the Ontario Association of Architects, where she developed policy and government relations programs for the self-regulating profession. Throughout her career, Jessica has launched effective advocacy campaigns across party lines, including forming and managing an all-party parliamentary caucus.
Jessica has a deep knowledge of the unique challenges facing businesses and associations, both in Ontario and across the country. Jessica has appeared as a witness before the Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce on regulatory matters and has a proven track-record delivering high-stakes public policy and regulatory successes for businesses and associations.
Jessica is passionate about making life better for our military families and currently serves as the families’ representative for the Ottawa Army Officers Mess Committee.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph, is a graduate of the Government Relations Management program at Seneca College, and has undertaken graduate studies in Political Management at Carleton University.
