Joseph is an experienced researcher and writer having developed his skills within the Ontario government. He has a keen interest in the public policy process.
Joseph came to McMillan Vantage from the Ontario Governments’ Caucus Services Research Department, supporting the decision-making process for multiple ministries by creating custom reports and detailed analysis on a range of topics. He also worked for an Ontario MPP , where he learned the value of managing challenging stakeholder issues, identifying pathways to resolution and effectively communicating for diverse audiences with differing priorities and immediate needs.
Joseph graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor Arts, focusing his studies on Political Science, Ethics and Society, as well as English. He is currently pursing a Certificate in Marketing Research from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies.
