Congratulations to Karl Baldauf, Andrea Donlan, D’arci McFadden, and Tausha Michaud for their exceptional service to our clients, nurturing our talented team of ambitious consultants, and relentlessly looking for solutions to advance the pressing challenges facing organizations across Canada.
Over the last several years, our Senior Vice Presidents have pursued the growth of our government relations, strategic communications, corporate purpose, and social impact service areas. This team consistently provides senior expertise and a deep understanding of what clients need to know, when they need it most.
Managing Directors Richard Mahoney, Tim Murphy, Robyn Osgood, and Mark Resnick, thank the four for their role in growing McMillan Vantage. Each brings experience, skills, and a unique vantage point that benefit our firm’s clients, team, and the communities we serve.
Karl brings two decades of experience in senior political, advocacy, and public policy roles in and around Queen’s Park to McMillan Vantage and our clients. Since joining the firm, Karl has helped position McMillan Vantage as one of Canada’s leading firms to achieve regulatory reform, advance procurement positioning, and address public policy issues at the sub-national level.
Andrea works with today’s leaders to develop strategic communications, branding, and sustainability strategies. As a certified Sustainability practitioner, she helps create meaningful change for people and the planet while also driving organizational performance. In addition to developing Corporate Purpose and sustainability strategies, Andrea works with social impact organizations like charities, non-profits, foundations, and associations to help them build profile and advance the issues they support.
D’arci leads the firm’s work for some of McMillan Vantage’s longest-standing government relations and strategic communications clients. In addition to developing integrated public affairs campaigns that deliver results for businesses, associations, and non-profits, D’arci is instrumental to the growth of #TeamVantage. As part of her new role, she will lead the firm’s People & Culture function with responsibility for hiring, training, and growing our talented team of consultants.
Tausha rejoined McMillan Vantage last summer after serving as a Senior Advisor on Premier Ford’s 2022 re-election campaign and spending two years serving as Chief of Staff to the Leader of Canada’s Official Opposition. Tausha’s perspective and strategic rigour advances the advocacy objectives of several federal and provincial mandates. In addition to leading government relations files across jurisdictions, she proudly supports several US-based clients pursuing Canadian procurement opportunities as they expand their footprints in Canada.
