Marisa Maslink brings more than a decade of experience in government relations, public affairs, and political campaigns, advising McMillan Vantage’s clients on political strategy, public policy, and engagement with decision-makers across Canada.
She advises clients and leads advocacy efforts on behalf of businesses engaging with governments across Canada, including at Parliament Hill, Queen’s Park, the Alberta Legislature, and the Nova Scotia Legislature. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including technology, cybersecurity, energy, agriculture, natural resources, healthcare, education, and not-for-profits.
Prior to joining McMillan Vantage, Marisa worked at the Conservative Party of Canada, where she served as both the Field Operations Coordinator and Outreach Coordinator. She supported national campaign operations and political outreach efforts, working closely with candidates, campaign teams, and elected officials across Canada. She was also a member of the Conservative Party of Canada’s 2019 national campaign team.
Marisa has an extensive background in political organization and campaign management, including managing federal and provincial campaigns across Ontario and holding senior positions within the Ontario PC Party, including serving on the Party’s executive in the lead-up to the 2018 provincial election, which began a series of consecutive PC majority governments. In 2022, Marisa was recognized as one of the Ontario PC Party’s most outstanding campaign managers. She was named one of The Peak’s Emerging Leaders in 2023 and recognized as a Rising 30 Under 30 in 2024. She frequently provides commentary on current affairs and politics on television and in print media.
Marisa holds an Honours B.A. in Political Science (Minor in History) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Political Management from Carleton University.
