D'arci

D’arci is a Senior Vice President and member of the leadership team at McMillan Vantage. She develops lasting relationships with Canadian and international clients, leading their government relations, communications, and advocacy engagements.

D’arci advises senior executives on effective public affairs strategies that bring their stories to life while navigating complex issues, crises, political, and legislative challenges. Her counsel is rooted in a commitment to building long-term trusted relationships that get people, governments, and regulators onside.

In addition to her day-to-day consulting role, D’arci leads all People & Culture functions for #TeamVantage. She is instrumental to McMillan Vantage’s growth holding responsibility for hiring, training, and talent development for our accomplished team of consultants. 

Before joining McMillan Vantage, D’arci spent nearly a decade at Canada’s largest public relations firm. There, she built stakeholder acceptability and earned community support for several major energy infrastructure projects seeking approval from Crown and Indigenous governments and regulators.

D’arci’s political network runs deep through Toronto and Mississauga, where she lends her political communications expertise to candidates running for municipal, provincial, and federal office. She currently sits on the Board of the Government Relations Institute of Canada (GRIC), where she works to elevate the voice of government relations and public affairs professionals in Canada. D’arci also provides volunteer public speaking and campaign training to the CJPAC Fellows.

D’arci is an active champion for Canada’s young people and the policy decisions that will affect them for decades to come. She proudly served for over six years on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the HR Committee for Jack.org, a national charity training and empowering young people to revolutionize mental health in Canada.

D’arci has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from Queen’s University and a post-graduate diploma from the Humber College Business School.
