D’arci specializes in designing and implementing integrated public affairs and communications programs for Canada’s leading companies, associations and government figures. Supporting industry leaders, she develops winning stories to gain support for critical business objectives and changing public policy environments. Drawing from her broad experience across all levels of government in several regions in Ontario, D’arci crafts narratives and engagement programs that get people onside.
Before joining McMillan Vantage, D’arci spent nearly a decade at one of Canada’s largest public relations agencies. Her work established best practices in reputation management, engagement and community investment to earn public and stakeholder acceptability for hundreds of initiatives. Her work also supported several successful permitting and regulatory applications with the National Energy Board, Ontario Energy Board, Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, and dozens of Conservation Authorities and municipalities across Ontario.
D’arci’s political network runs deep in Toronto and Mississauga at the municipal, provincial and federal level. Most recently, she was the Director of Communications for the two-term Mayor of Mississauga, Bonnie Crombie. Since 2016, D’arci has proudly served on the Board of Jack.org, a national charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health in Canada.
