Nisha Rider is the National Director of Human Resources and Business Services at McMillan LPP and a senior human resources advisor to McMillan Vantage. With more than 20 years of experience, Nisha provides strategic leadership and oversight to both McMillan LLP and McMillan Vantage’s human resources and various general operations functions nationally across five offices, located in Ottawa, Montreal, Ontario, Alberta and Vancouver. She leads a team of professionals who are responsible for human resources, facilities and office services, hospitality and concierge services, learning and development, legal support services and translation services.
Nisha is a member of McMillan’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee, Discrimination and Harassment Committee, and Business Continuity Team.
