Alia leverages her academic background and experience with the Ontario legislature to support government relations solutions for McMillan Vantage’s clients across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to joining McMillan Vantage, Alia participated in the distinguished Ontario Legislature Internship Programme (OLIP), where she worked closely with government and opposition Members of Provincial Parliament. During her time as an OLIP intern, Alia advised on files across ministries, ranging from Treasury Board to the Ministry of Health, and engaged in constituency level casework. She previously served as Associate Vice President of Communications for the Arts and Humanities Student Council at Western University.
Alia holds an Honors Specialization Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a Minor in English Language and Literature from Western University.
