His experience spans all levels of government, where he has advised on legislative affairs, issues management and policy development for Conservative elected officials ranging from Members of Parliament to Cabinet Ministers. James has also been deeply involved in provincial and federal election campaigns, as well as leadership contests. As a government relations consultant, he has advised and secured wins for clients across various industries—most notably in the technology and financial services sectors.
A committed volunteer, James dedicates his spare time and expertise to a variety of community and political organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton University and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford.
