Jeff is an experienced lobbyist at various levels of government, engaging with officials from coast to coast to coast. His targeted strategies focus on effective public policy outcomes, and his broad network reflects his ability to build relationships across political lines.

Jeff has expanded McMillan Vantage’s municipal offerings significantly, having lobbied in municipalities across Canada with a focus and client roster targeting Ottawa and Toronto.
With years of experience in some of Canada’s most heavily regulated sectors, he has the expertise to drive outcomes on even the most complex regulatory and political issues. Prior to joining McMillan Vantage, Jeff held senior positions such as the Senior Director of Communications for the Canadian Beverage Association (CBA) and Manager of Government Affairs for Scotiabank, where he led successful advocacy strategies.
