Josh is a strategic policy communicator, utilizing his expertise in policy development, regulatory analysis, and research to serve the diverse needs of McMillan Vantage’s clients. With a keen understanding of the nuances of government, he excels in crafting strategic communications tailored for government and stakeholder audiences. He helps clients speak the language of government, translating complex concepts into clear, effective strategies that propel clients toward their goals.
Josh’s professional background and academic expertise span a range of disciplines. He leverages his multidisciplinary knowledge to provide support across a broad spectrum of sectors, including clean technology, science and innovation, financial services healthcare, natural resources, and environmental policy.
Prior to joining McMillan Vantage, Josh worked for the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, supporting environmental, municipal, and intergovernmental infrastructure funding programs across the province. He previously worked as the President of his student government at McMaster University, representing 23,000 students to university, community, and government stakeholders.
Josh is a board member of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA). He holds a Master Degree in Public Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Sciences, with a specialization in Biochemistry, from McMaster University.
