Lauren brings a strong foundation in strategic communications, public engagement, and political operations to McMillan Vantage.
With experience in both parliamentary and constituency settings, she has developed expertise in stakeholder relations, content creation, media strategy, and event coordination. Most recently, she served as a Communications Specialist in a Liberal MP’s office, where she led the office’s digital and print communications and managed messaging across multiple platforms.
In addition to her Parliament Hill experience, she was active in the most recent federal election, serving as Candidate Aide and Press Secretary, and previously supported operations, tour, and communications on a provincial leadership race. Lauren is currently completing her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Carleton University, with a concentration in Canadian Politics and Public Policy.
Outside work and school, she is an active volunteer board member for her local riding association and the Ontario Young Liberals.
