Lynn is an experienced political assistant having supported senior level professionals in Government and Opposition at the federal level.
Most recently, Lynn worked in Administration and Tour and Events in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. As part of the Leader’s Tour department, Lynn worked as an event planner responsible for coordinating travel and event logistics for the Leader of the Opposition. During her time in office, Lynn was primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activities for the Leader and their Chief of Staff as Scheduler to the Leader and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff including during the 2019 and 2021 federal election campaigns.
Prior to that, Lynn was a political aide in the federal Ministry of State (Sport) working to promote the profile of sport and visibility of elected officials.
Outside of work, Lynn is a competitive curling athlete as a two-time Canadian champion at the Junior and University levels. Lynn develops and facilitates sport programming for athletes of all ages and abilities and was previously Coach of the Nunavut Junior Women’s Team at national competitions.
Lynn holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Law, from Carleton University.
