Mahdi adeptly applies his background in law, political science, and public policy to support McMillan Vantage’s clients with his skills in strategic analysis, policy development and government relations expertise.
Mahdi has a diverse international professional background, most recently as a Parliamentary Assistant to a Member of Parliament in Ottawa. In this role, he was able to hone his strong legislative, communications and research skills vital to navigating the legislative process, including committee prep and other parliamentary activities.
Additionally, his experience as a Twinning Project Assistant for the European Delegation in Rabat, Morocco, and later as an International Cooperation Officer at the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation, provided him with a deep understanding of international relations mechanisms, particularly in judicial and academic cooperation, and contributed to the growth of Southern countries, in particular African countries.
Mahdi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Montpellier, France, and a Master of Science (MS) in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
