Nico is a seasoned communicator who draws on his experience at Queen’s Park, Parliament Hill, and the private sector to help McMillan Vantage clients effectively engage with government and connect their stories with Canadians.
Before joining McMillan Vantage, Nico served in the Office of the Leader of the Opposition, contributing to communications and issues management, and later joined the Conservative Party’s 2025 federal election war room as part of the scripting team. In these roles, he drafted speeches, prepared statements, and advised on rapid-response messaging on behalf of the Leader. Nico also worked in the Office of Ontario’s Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks, leading the Minister’s digital strategy.
Before entering politics, Nico worked at a leading digital public affairs agency, where he developed and executed high-impact content strategies that engaged millions of Canadians each month.
Nico studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
