Sierra is a skilled communicator and marketing professional with a strong background in traditional and digital media, strategic marketing, audience building, and branding. Her skills help to support the diverse needs of our communications and branding clients through her strong understanding of the media market and comprehensive research skills.
Prior to her time at McMillan Vantage, Sierra worked as an Account Planner in the media agency world, working on B2C and BCB marketing across a variety of industries – automotive, fintech, pharma, telecommunications, and consumer product goods. Leading key accounts, Sierra is a results- driven individual who develops a comprehensive understanding of her client’s needs and goals so she can deliver for them.
While in university, Sierra served as the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Woodsworth College Student’s Association and College Director for the University of Toronto Student’s Union. She also showcased her leadership and advocacy skills in the Post-Secondary Model Parliament at Queen’s Park.
Sierra holds a Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, specializing in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies.
