With experience working in the bureaucracy, as a senior political staffer in government and opposition, and as a senior campaign strategist, Tausha understands every aspect of public policy and political decision-making.
Known for her expertise in issues management, strategic communications, and campaign planning, Tausha crafts impactful narratives and engagement strategies that shift public opinion and help guide government decision-making. Tausha specializes in supporting clients in highly regulated industries and international companies looking to enter the Canadian market.
Tausha most recently rejoined the Ontario PC Party campaign team, contributing to Doug Ford’s successful bid for a third consecutive majority. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to the Leader of the Official Opposition and to Canada’s Conservatives. Tausha has held senior positions in several high-profile political campaigns, including the 2022 Ontario election, 2021 federal election, as well as the 2017 and 2020 Conservative Party of Canada leadership races. Recognized by The Hill Times as one of the most influential figures in federal politics, Tausha continues to be active in the conservative movement in Canada.
